His experience with large-scale projects, along with his in-depth knowledge of integrated services, pre-construction management, and project management, adds significant value to the entire construction process.

  Joe is recognized as a subject matter expert in offsite construction and the LGCF steel commercial market sector. His "Innovation Integrity" initiative fosters operational excellence. He has successfully integrated the Design Build process with an offsite construction model in the development of the NEXT BUILD SYSTEM. This system evaluates each project to determine the optimal combination of conventional and offsite construction methods, ensuring that projects are brought to market with quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness, while also mitigating the risks associated with innovation setbacks. 

Eric leads the construction business units through the Orbis SIS business office in Phoenix, AZ.  Eric is an experienced General Contractor and Construction Manager with a passion for the industry who is able to maintain a high level of work activity under varying conditions.  Well versed in understanding complex issues along with providing valuable insight and good judgment while ensuring a logical and practical approach to solving problems.  Dedicated to personal development and continuously focused on improving professional abilities. Eric has worked in the development, design management and construction on over a full array of projects. His experience in hospitality includes owners representation and construction management over thousands of rooms developed. He is recognized as a subject matter expert in hospitality construction in both new build, conversions and remodels. 

 Bobby works with clients, users, and consultants to evaluate emerging technologies and best method design strategies into projects including offsite and modular, delivering an overall better product for the user and value to the organization. His omnichannel approach and collaborative nature bring a breadth of knowledge to the team.  Bobby is committed to the NEXT BUILD SYSTEM Design Build under our "Innovation Integrity" process allowing for his oversight on the project to ensure the details and experience the clients expect.  Bobby  is recognized as a subject matter expert in modular construction design. He is instrumental in the support and development of the NEXT BUILD SYSTEM. A system that evaluates each project to determine the best combination of construction methods conventional as well as offsite to bring the project to market with quality, speed and cost effectiveness all the while mitigating the risk of innovation set backs.  

Melvin Claudio is an esteemed Business Development Executive, who plays a vital role in cultivating relationships with our client partners in the commercial construction industry. With over 15 years of experience, Mel has proven himself to be a leader in this field, successfully developing a project pipeline exceeding $450 million in just 2.5 years. 

His background as a vested OSHA 502 Safety Director, coupled with his experience as a Senior Project Manager for the Texas Region, underscores his commitment to safety and professionalism. In his current role as EVP of Client Experience, Mel is dedicated to enhancing relational dynamics through firsthand interactions. Furthermore, he serves as a respected member of the Board of Directors for Servicetry Integrated Services, allowing him to deepen his understanding of our company’s business model. 

Mel holds a BA in Psychology from Cornerstone University, LA, and is also a Certified Safety Professional and Instructor. His expertise and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our organization.
