 Joe’s approach and experience provide focus to Servicetry,  LLC's commitment of total customer satisfaction. Joe drives  the development and implementation of metrics in the business  units and is often a member of the project team. He is identified  as not just a member of the project team, but also as resource. His experience with large scale projects as well as an in depth knowledge of integrated services, pre-construction management and project management allows added value to the entire construction process.  Joe is recognized as a subject matter expert in offsite construction and in the LGCF steel commercial market sector. His "Innovation Integrity" initiative drives our operational excellence. He has combined the Design Build process with offsite construction model in the development of the NEXT BUILD SYSTEM. A system that evaluates each project to determine the best combination of construction methods conventional as well as offsite to bring the project to market with quality, speed and cost effectiveness all the while mitigating the risk of innovation set backs.  

Eric leads the construction business units through the Orbis SIS business office in Phoenix, AZ.  Eric is an experienced General Contractor and Construction Manager with a passion for the industry who is able to maintain a high level of work activity under varying conditions.  Well versed in understanding complex issues along with providing valuable insight and good judgment while ensuring a logical and practical approach to solving problems.  Dedicated to personal development and continuously focused on improving professional abilities. Eric has worked in the development, design management and construction on over a full array of projects. His experience in hospitality includes owners representation and construction management over thousands of rooms developed. He is recognized as a subject matter expert in hospitality construction in both new build, conversions and remodels. 

 Bobby works with clients, users, and consultants to evaluate emerging technologies and best method design strategies into projects including offsite and modular, delivering an overall better product for the user and value to the organization. His omnichannel approach and collaborative nature bring a breadth of knowledge to the team.  Bobby is committed to the NEXT BUILD SYSTEM Design Build under our "Innovation Integrity" process allowing for his oversight on the project to ensure the details and experience the clients expect.  Bobby  is recognized as a subject matter expert in modular construction design. He is instrumental in the support and development of the NEXT BUILD SYSTEM.
